Courtney joined Insurance Design Network in 2022, bringing 10+ years of life insurance experience along with her. Since 2010, Courtney has served in various roles where the customer is always the focus, giving her vast experience in managing and sustaining client relationships. Honing these skills at larger firms over the past decade, she now serves as Case Manager, where she acts as a liaison between our agents and insurance carriers, ensuring the most seamless application process possible.

After graduating from Coastal Carolina University with a business degree concentrated in Hospitality, Courtney moved back to Connecticut, just outside of Hartford. She quickly realized that the Life Insurance industry was much larger than that of the Hospitality world in CT, so she chose to break into a totally new industry to see where it would take her.

Courtney and her husband, Erik, live in Vernon, CT and enjoy spending time with their family and friends, and consider football its own season. You’re probably thinking this makes them huge Patriots fans, but that could not be farther from the truth. Courtney proudly roots for the Minnesota Vikings, (SKOL!!!!), while Erik roots for the Dallas Cowboys.

Tracy joined Insurance Design Network in March 2025 as a Case Manager, bringing
over 15 years of life insurance experience to the team. Throughout her career, she has
served in a variety of roles focused on client care and operational excellence, giving her
a wealth of knowledge in managing and sustaining strong relationships. As a Case
Manager, Tracy acts as a vital liaison between agents and insurance carriers, ensuring
a smooth and seamless application process from start to finish.
A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Tracy holds a degree in Health Information
Management. A lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida, she is deeply rooted in her
community and values the connections she’s built both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, life revolves around her family—her beloved daughters, five
grandbabies, and two Shar Pei's, Nala and Simba. Her husband, Shad, who also works
in the insurance industry, shares her love for traveling, collecting vinyl records, and
cheering on their favorite football team. (Go Cowboys!)

Leah specializes in guiding clients and advisors through every step of the life-insurance
application journey. Before joining Insurance Design Network, she streamlined complex
processes and built clear, client-friendly workflows across multiple platforms, helping
teams stay organized and responsive. At IDN she leads the Client Advocate team with a
focus on accuracy, proactive communication, and a personal touch—so every client
feels cared for from first conversation to final signature.

Leah is a proud military spouse and mom of four who resides in Camden, NC. She
loves cheering on her kids’ sports and school milestones, exploring new places with her
husband Adam, and spending time with their playful Bernedoodle, Willow. Whether

planning a family outing or creating a new team tradition, she brings the same heart and
enthusiasm to life outside of work as she does to every client relationship.

Ashley joined the Insurance Design Network family in August 2025. Ashley is focused
on supporting clients and advisors during every step of the life insurance application
process. Her strong background in customer service means she knows how to listen,
problem solve, and show up for her clients. Ashley brings the same energy to her clients
as she does to her family: all in, always. 
Ashley currently resides in Daphne, Alabama with her loving husband and their two
beautiful daughters. As a proud military family, the Garbrecht’s love exploring new cities
and embarking on new adventures. When they're not traveling, you can usually find
them at the soccer fields, baton twirling lessons, basketball games, concerts or
discovering new restaurants together.

Cindy has been with Insurance Design Network since the beginning and has been in the industry for over 15 years. She currently serves as IDN’s Contracting, Licensing, & Commissions Specialist as well as oversees the IDN Operations.

Cindy and her husband live in Wisconsin and enjoy spending time with their three amazing sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and the best two grandsons in the world. She also has the sweetest rescue dog, Bud, who everyone loves. Besides spending time with their family, Cindy enjoys spending time with friends, planning fun events, going on tropical vacations, boating, and going to live concerts.

Braeden joined Insurance Design Network in March 2025 as an Internal Sales Assistant, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry. With a strong background in both new business operations and sales, he supports the team through case design, illustrations, lead follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of client accounts and potential leads.

Passionate about helping others succeed, Braeden is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and effective life insurance workflow for both strategists and agents. His deep knowledge of life insurance products—paired with exceptional marketing and communication skills—makes him a key asset in driving sales and building lasting professional relationships.

Braeden lives in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially outdoors, and cooking homemade meals together whenever possible. He and his family are active in their local church, where they enjoy serving their community. Braeden has also proudly served in the North Dakota National Guard for 10 years, demonstrating his strong commitment to both service and leadership.
